The guy ripped off, even having the audacity to pretty much steal the name, and then just integrate a load of extra software that they wrote and then insert some 'fixes' that sound all cool and censored, but don't actually work, because he didn't do the slightest bit of research or testing. The only reason his.NET patches don't completely censored up your PC is because he censored up the installer and so they install to the wrong place.
